It has been inspired by the need to empower communities, local civic bodies and villages to become independent in the provision of their own healthcare. The Clinic-in-the-Box contains a variety of
equipment which is designed to be utilized in the creation of a makeshift clinical facilities practically anywhere. Each Clinic-in-the-Box unit is crafted to safely and effectively exercise its limits and increase the patient’s experience. It is prefabricated from shipping containers, include running water, a toilet, a bed and refrigerated storage for medicine, and other essential tools. Moreover, it takes just eight weeks to deliver a Clinic-in-the-Box from the time it’s first ordered.
